Event Details

The National African-American Read-In is the nation’s first and oldest event dedicated to diversity in literature. During the read-in, gather with others to share poetry, literary excerpts and original works by African-American authors. Listen to the readings or participate by reading your own writings or favorite excerpts to the audience. Reading submissions can be sent to Presented in partnership with MNU’s Mabee Learning Commons and Office of Intercultural Engagement.
