Join instructor Tina Duer for Stretch and Restore, a passive practice in which poses are held for 1-3 minutes at a time or longer. This practice focuses on deep stretching and restorative poses to improve mental clarity and offer deep relaxation. Most postures are seated, which makes this type of yoga great for all levels, including seniors.
