Our brains need stimulation to stay in shape. Brain health is all about making the most of your brain and helping reduce some risks to it as you age. Presenter Denise Dias, Family and Consumer Science Agent from the K-State-Johnson County Extension office, touches on the many influences that affect memory and learning. Discover some simple exercises for both body and mind that can help keep you sharp as you age.

About the presenter: Denise Dias is an FCS Agent at the Johnson County Extension Office. She earned her BS degree in Home Ec. from UNL, an MS Degree in Apparel Marketing from K-State and a Global MBA from Friends University. Denise began her Kansas Extension career in 1996 in Linn County. In 1998 she transferred to Sedgwick County, specializing in Clothing & Textiles, Housing and Indoor Environment, eventually adding Foods, Nutrition and Health. Denise is celebrating 24+ years in Extension work.
