Come hear about the history of bread and how bread has been adopted as a major food source by civilizations in history, led by Dawn from My Front Yard Flower Farm and microbakery. A brief history of celiac disease and its treatment through gluten-free living will also be discussed. Afterward sample some sourdough breads!
