Olathe Grand Prix

Racers, start your engines! Olathe West and Olathe Public Library have partnered to create a Mario Kart tournament for the community. Teams of 4 will compete with others in their age group (Children, Teens 6-12^th grade, and Adults) to battle to win the Olathe Cup. Don’t have a team already in mind? That’s okay, we’ll do our best to match you up with other participants.

Race rules: 150cc, Smart Steering and Auto-accelerate OFF, Team Game, Normal Items, No COM, All Vehicles, 4 races

Base game characters and courses will be available.

Players must use controllers provided UNLESS their controller can be connected by USB to the Switch dock. No switch or controller required to play, these will be provided.

The winning team in each category will win prizes. Other prizes will be given out during the competition including: best team theme, best spirit, and best sportsmanship. Refreshments available for purchase, all proceeds going to the Olathe West Esports team.
