As humans, we are going to experience stressful times. Are you prepared to navigate through them in healthy ways? This session will talk about self-care, coping, and resilience, and will walk you through ways to implement various strategies into your daily life. This session will be presented by Katherine Melton, MPH, MCHES, Community Prevention Coordinator of the Johnson County Mental Health Center as part of Mental Health Awareness Month.
