Olathe Community Center instructors lead a passive practice in which poses are held for a few minutes at a time. This practice focuses on deep stretching and restorative poses to improve mental clarity and offer deep relaxation.

Cowtown Country Club delights audiences with their twist on country and western executed with glittering guitars, 24-karat vocal harmonies, and eye-catching western wear.

Play casual and competitive Esports games with teens locally and nationally. Games include but are not limited to Minecraft, League of Legends, Apex Legends, Fortnite, Rocket League and Smash Bros.

Whether you’re training for the Garmin Marathon or just want some fresh air, meet up at the park and head to the Indian Creek Trail.

Meet up with other LGBTQIA+ youth and allies for snacks, conversation, and a safe space. For 6th - 12th graders. 

Bring your Pokémon cards and Beyblades to trade or battle with friends. A few Pokémon decks, Beyblades and an arena will be provided for play.

Use the Makerspace equipment to help sew 40 fidget quilts for a local memory care center. Olathe Quilter's Guild volunteer, Mary Pacey, will provide instruction and support.

Have you ever wondered what it takes to keep your city running? Did you know that, as an Olathe resident, you have access to a variety of free resources like mulch and paint and possibly even snow removal at your home?

Bring your instrument and jam with us, share a song, or just listen. Bluegrass artist Greg Blake, lead vocalist and guitarist for the band The Special Consensus, will lead the jam session. 

Select a cookbook from the library and recipe to try that fits the monthly theme. Then, meet with others to discuss and share your dish potluck-style.

Read Save Me a Seat by Sarah Weeks and Gita Varadarajan with your child and then meet with others to discuss the story. Snack provided.
