Reserve a Room (by room)

The Downtown Creative Space is primarily for staff-led programs and events supporting the library’s mission. When not used for these purposes, the room is available for community group meetings, not individual reservations. This space on the east side of the 3rd floor of the Downtown Library is modular and features five moveable tables and a sink. You must be at least 16 years old to reserve the Downtown Creative Space. The Children’s Program Rooms are primarily for staff-led programs and events supporting the library’s mission. When not in use for these purposes, the rooms are available for community group meetings, not for individual reservations. Complete Programming Room Policy

The Children’s Program Rooms are primarily for staff-led programs and events supporting the library’s mission. When not used for these purposes, the rooms are available for community group meetings, not individual reservations. This is a modular crafting/creation space on the 2nd floor of the Downtown Library. It contains nine movable tables and 18 Chairs with wheels. The Children's Program Rooms are available to youth organizations with adult supervision or staff needing to meet in a group setting. 

This shared meeting room may be used free of charge for meetings of non-profit groups and community organizations. Youth organizations, private parties, multi-level marketing presentations, athletic events, crafting, studying, etc., are prohibited. You must be 16 years or older to reserve this room. For the full meeting room policy: Meeting Room Policies. Room use is limited to regular library operating hours.  Food is not allowed in this room. Drinks with a lid are acceptable. 
 

The Indian Creek Library Board Room is intended for use by adult (18 and older) non-profit and community organizations only. Youth organizations should use the Children's Program Rooms, the Downtown Library Community Room, or the Downtown Creative Space. Youth organizations, private parties, multi-level marketing presentations, athletic events, crafting,
