Indian Creek Library
The Board Room may be used free of charge for meetings of non-profit groups and community organizations. Youth organizations, private parties, multi-level marketing presentations, athletic events, crafting,
studying etc. are prohibited. For full meeting room policy: Meeting Room Policies. Room use is limited to regular library operating hours. Food is not allowed in this room. Drinks with a lid are acceptable.
Equipment
- 90” flat panel display is able to display content from either the room computer (owner’s computer), laptop, or other AV device.
- Control panel will be wall mounted.
- Video conferencing will be via web based conferencing will be supported by an installed PTZ camera.
(Can be controlled via control panel) - Audio for conferencing will be supported by tabletop microphone.
