Indian Creek Library

The Indian Creek Library Board Room is intended for use by adult (18 and older) non-profit and community organizations only. Youth organizations should use the Children's Program Rooms, the Downtown Library Community Room, or the Downtown Creative Space. Youth organizations, private parties, multi-level marketing presentations, athletic events, crafting, 
studying, etc. are prohibited. For full meeting room policy: Meeting Room Policies. Room use is limited to regular library operating hours.  Food is not allowed in this room. Drinks with a lid are acceptable. 

Equipment

  • 90” flat panel display is able to display content from either the room computer (owner’s computer), laptop, or other AV device.
  • Control panel will be wall mounted.
  • Video conferencing will be via web based conferencing will be supported by an installed PTZ camera.
    (Can be controlled via control panel)
  • Audio for conferencing will be supported by tabletop microphone.
On narrow displays, the weekly room calendar is wider than the screen. You can side-scroll within this table to view room availability for the whole week.
