Join certified instructor Rachel Rilinger for an introduction to a moving meditation practice that focus on developing and circulating your intrinsic energy, or Chi. T’ai Chi Chih is a gentle practice that can be done seated or standing and can be adapted to meet individual needs of participants. Some people have found T’ai Chi Chih to help with balance, mood, sleep, eating, and overall improved health to name a few. No particular level of physical fitness is required nor is there any particular clothing that needs to be worn. Depending on the weather, we will practice outdoors.
