Olathe Parks & Rec instructors lead a passive practice in which poses are held for a few minutes at a time. This practice focuses on deep stretching and restorative poses to improve mental clarity and offer deep relaxation. Most postures are seated on a yoga mat, which makes this type of yoga great for all levels, including seniors. Use one of our mats or bring your own.
